Nationwide Merchandising Team Activation

A+ Staffing is seeking experienced Merchandising Teams to support category resets for a major global convenience store chain across Illinois. We are looking for organized, reliable, and fast-paced reset merchandisers to join us. This project runs from January 12, 2026, to May 30, 2026. The pay rate is $21/hr (W-2, paid weekly via direct deposit). Work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling between 7 AM and 7 PM and early start times. Each store visit includes two shifts to complete two category resets, totaling approximately 8–12 hours per day. You will work in a team of two merchandisers. There is potential for full-time hours. Locations include multiple stores across Illinois, with recurring visits within a set territory. Responsibilities:

• Complete planogram resets (product placement, signage, adds/deletes, tagging).
• Execute planogram resets, updates, and revisions across assigned stores.
• Re-merchandise end caps, feature areas, displays, and seasonal setups.
• Install, adjust, or reset beams, steel structures, shelves, and store fixtures.
• Ensure all product sets and displays follow retailer and vendor standards.
• Set signage, labels, safety tags, and fixture components according to provided diagrams.
• Communicate with store leadership and team leads to confirm project requirements and completion.
• Complete daily reporting, including before/after photos and task documentation.
• Clean and prep fixtures.
• Inspect and stock product; ensure items are not damaged or expired.
• Remain flexible to changing on-site needs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, store resets, or fixture installation is preferred.
• Ability to commit to the full project schedule.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various store locations.
• Organized, fast-paced worker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and execute detailed planograms accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A video interview is required for hiring.
