About This Role

HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented Fitness Club Evaluator to assess customer experience at various fitness club locations. This contract position offers $40 with a $20 bonus, with payment processed 3 days after assignment acceptance. The estimated duration for each evaluation, including the on-site visit and assessment, is approximately 1 hour. This opportunity is available from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.

As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will focus on evaluating customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Downloading the fitness app and securing a day pass prior to your visit.
  • Arriving in appropriate workout attire (actual workout not required, but appearance should suggest readiness to exercise).
  • Spending a minimum of 20 minutes inside the club.
  • Evaluating customer service interactions with staff.
  • Assessing the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including workout spaces, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Verifying the condition and maintenance of workout equipment.
  • Collecting comprehensive information regarding membership options presented during your tour.
  • Thoroughly reviewing all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure all required observations can be made.

Important considerations for this role:

  • Evaluators are not permitted to bring guests.
  • Failure to adhere to instructions will result in non-payment.
  • Please be aware that video surveillance may be utilized to verify activity during your evaluation.
