HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor.

This is a temporary position with work available from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st. The audit will take place at 5950 Old Shell Road, Mobile, Alabama, 36608.

The compensation for this role is $75 for 5 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/Rideshare is reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. Each audit is expected to last approximately 1-2 hours.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff are following proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, documenting employee behavior and appearance in the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real time to management. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned event and conduct audits at different points of sale per instructions provided.
• Attempt to purchase beer and verify that the vendor checks ID and meets serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
• Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts, including beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 – 28 years of age.
• A photo upload of your ID is required.
• Maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• Must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
