HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, thoroughly documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendors check ID and comply with serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts for purchases, including beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Communicate immediately with the General Manager regarding any observed violations.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• Must not consume alcohol before, during, or after assignments.
• Must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
• Failure to follow instructions will result in non-payment.
• Video surveillance may be used to verify alcohol compliance auditor activity.
• A Required Driver's License is essential for this position.
