Compensation: $90 for 10 audits (Payment issued 2 weeks after successful project completion)
Parking/Rideshare: Reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt
Estimated Duration: Approximately 1-2 hours per event
Requirements: Must be between 21 and 28 years of age; a photo upload of your ID is required.
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff are adhering to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance within the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position demands a strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
- Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages to assess vendor compliance with ID verification and serving limit standards.
- Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
- Record detailed notes regarding employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
- Take clear photos of all receipts, including those for alcoholic beverages and parking/transportation.
- Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
- Maintain discretion in all interactions.
- Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
- Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
- Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.
Special Notes:
- The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
- Consumption of alcohol before, during, or after the assignment is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are not allowed.
