About This Role

Job Title: Fitness Club Evaluator

Compensation: $60 (payment will be received 3 days after assignment is accepted)

Duration: Approximately 1 hour (includes in-person visit and evaluation)

HS Brands Global is seeking detail-oriented individuals for a Fitness Club Evaluator position. This role focuses on evaluating the customer experience at fitness clubs by assessing customer service, cleanliness, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must not be a current Planet Fitness member.
  • Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to the visit.
  • Arrive dressed in workout attire (a workout is NOT required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
  • Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
  • Evaluate customer service interactions.
  • Assess cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Verify maintenance and workout equipment condition.
  • Collect membership information provided during the tour.
  • Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure preparedness for all required observations.
