About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor to ensure adherence to alcohol service policies at various events.
This role is based out of 631 South College Avenue, Newark, Delaware, 197162010. The project duration is from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.
Compensation for this role is $75 for every 5 stands audited, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. Each audit is estimated to take approximately 1-2 hours.
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff are following proper alcohol service policies by conducting controlled test purchases. This includes verifying ID procedures and drink purchase limits, and accurately documenting employee behavior and appearance within the Presto Shopper app. Real-time reporting of any violations to management is crucial. This position demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend assigned events and conduct audits at designated points of sale according to provided instructions.
- Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendor ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
- Input evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
- Record detailed observations of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
- Capture clear photographs of all receipts, including those for beer purchases and parking/transportation.
- Complete all assigned evaluations, contingent on stand availability.
- Maintain discretion throughout all interactions.
- Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
- Check out with the General Manager and secure signature approval for all completed evaluations.
- Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.
