About This Role

GMR Marketing is seeking a Transport Ambassador for an Amazon activation in Orlando, Florida. This temporary position will run from Monday, January 5th to Tuesday, January 13th.

As the Transport Ambassador, you will be an essential part of the on-site team, representing one of the largest online retailers, Amazon. Your primary role will be to facilitate the installation of graphics on Amazon delivery vehicles by transporting Amazon fleet vans from their home station to the install area and back. You'll collaborate with your team to ensure all vans are completed nightly and assist the Site Supervisor with auditing and completing necessary paperwork and recaps for the Field Manager.

This role requires open availability to work overnight, at least 3-4 times a week, Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Safely transport vans to and from designated locations; a valid driver's license is required.
  • Return keys at the end of each shift to the designated drop location as specified by your manager.
  • Provide the Senior Lead and Field Manager with nightly updates, quality feedback, and recaps.
  • Accurately maintain completion reports and audit program activity as assigned by the Senior Lead or Field Manager.
  • Work professionally within your team and on-site to maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients.
