Job Overview

As an alcohol compliance auditor, your role is critical in ensuring concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies. This includes ID verification and monitoring drink purchase limits to promote responsible alcohol service. You will conduct controlled test purchases, meticulously document employee behavior, and provide real-time reporting of any violations to management. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
Attempt to purchase beer, verifying if the vendor checks IDs and adheres to serving limits.
Document evaluation data in the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
Record detailed observations of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
Capture clear photographs of receipts for beer purchases and transportation expenses.
Complete all assigned evaluations unless obstructed by operational closures.
Maintain discretion in interactions and communicate immediately with management regarding observed violations.
Finalize evaluations with the General Manager and secure signature approval.
Be available for follow-up inquiries for up to 72 hours after events.

Special Notes

Maximum allowable purchase for an assignment is $300; this limit is rarely reached.
Alcohol consumption during and after the assignment is strictly prohibited.
Guests are not allowed, and personal purchases beyond assignment needs are not permitted.
Non-compliance with instructions may lead to non-payment.
Video surveillance may be utilized to verify auditor activities.
A valid driver's license is required.
