Job Title: Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluation

Compensation: Total Pay: $20 (plus $80 oil change reimbursement)

Project Dates: Thursday, December 4 - Thursday, December 25

Job Overview: Evaluate customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance at an assigned service center location while receiving a necessary oil change. This role contributes to maintaining high service quality across the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit the brand's website to assess service offerings.
• Contact the location to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability and inquire about oil change pricing.
• Visit the assigned location and obtain the required oil change service.
• Remain at the location for the entire duration of the oil change to evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms.
• Capture required photos as specified in the guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must own a car that genuinely requires an oil change.
• Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are not permitted for this evaluation.

Special Notes:

• Do not bring infants, small children, or pets to the evaluation.
• Oil change requirements vary by brand; ensure you verify the specific requirements for the brand you are visiting prior to your appointment.
