This position offers a total compensation of $20, in addition to an $80 reimbursement for the oil change. The estimated duration for this task, including the on-site visit and report submission, is approximately 1.5 hours.

- Applicants must possess a car that genuinely requires an oil change.
- Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are not permitted for this evaluation.
As an evaluator, you will assess the customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance of an assigned service center while receiving a necessary oil change. Your responsibilities include:
- Forming an opinion on the brand's service offerings by visiting their website.
- Calling the service center to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquiring about oil change pricing.
- Visiting the assigned location to receive the required oil change.
- Remaining at the location for the entire duration of the oil change to evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of both the waiting room and restrooms.
- Capturing all required photos as specified in the guidelines.
