About This Role
The Grayscale Agency is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Roadshow Sales Representative for our private jewelry client. This role involves participating in 14-day Costco Roadshow events, engaging directly with shoppers, and showcasing a beautiful line of jewelry.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting the jewelry collection, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and accurately processing orders. We are looking for individuals who can create a positive and memorable shopping experience for Costco members.
While roadshow events typically span 14 days, availability for all days is not required, and we are committed to building a schedule that accommodates your availability. This is a W2 position, with overtime compensation provided where applicable. A background check is a required part of the onboarding process, covered by The Grayscale Agency for successful candidates.
