HS Brands Alcohol Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor to join our team. This role involves ensuring concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits, through controlled test purchases and detailed reporting. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Location: 1900 West Olney Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19141

Project Dates: Wednesday, December 10 – Wednesday, December 31

Compensation: $75 for 5 audits completed (payment issued 2 weeks after successful project completion)

Parking/Rideshare: Reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt

Duration: Approximately 1-2 hours per event

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts for purchases, including beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 – 28 years of age.
• Photo upload of ID is required.
• Must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.

Important Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
