HS Brands Oil Change Evaluation

HS Brands Global is seeking an attentive individual for an Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluation. This role involves assessing the customer experience and operational efficiency of an assigned service center while receiving a necessary oil change. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of service and facility upkeep.

Compensation: The total compensation for this evaluation is $20, plus an $80 reimbursement for the oil change.

Duration: This evaluation is expected to take approximately 1.5 hours, which includes both the on-site visit and the subsequent report generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research the Brand's service offerings on their website to develop an informed opinion.
• Contact the service center to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about oil change pricing.
• Visit the assigned location to receive the required oil change service.
• Remain at the location for the entire duration of the oil change to thoroughly evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms.
• Capture required photographs according to provided guidelines.

Requirements:

• Applicants must own a car that genuinely requires an oil change.
• Please note that rental cars, electric vehicles, and motorcycles are not permitted for this evaluation.

• For the comfort and safety of all, please do not bring infants, small children, or pets to the evaluation.
• The specific oil change requirements may vary by Brand. Ensure you verify the requirements for the brand you are evaluating before your visit.
