Parking/Rideshare: Reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt
Duration: Approximately 2-3 Hours per audit

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This position involves conducting controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance via the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
- Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages to verify vendor ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
- Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
- Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
- Capture clear photos of all receipts, including those for alcoholic beverages and parking/transportation.
- Complete all assigned evaluations, unless prevented by stand closures.
- Maintain discretion throughout all interactions.
- Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
- Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
- Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.
Special Notes:
- The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300; however, reaching this limit is uncommon.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited before, during, or after the assignment.
- Bringing guests or making personal purchases beyond assignment requirements is not permitted.
