About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented Fitness Club Evaluator to assess customer experience at various fitness clubs. This role involves evaluating customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
Location: 295 New York 25A, Rocky Point, New York, 11778
Compensation: $60 (payment received 3 days after assignment acceptance)
Project Duration: Approximately 1 hour (includes in-person visit and evaluation)
Responsibilities:
- Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to the visit.
- Arrive dressed in workout attire (a workout is NOT required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
- Evaluate customer service interactions.
- Assess both the exterior and interior cleanliness of the club, including workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verify maintenance and equipment condition.
- Collect information on membership options provided during the tour.
- Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure all required observations are made.
