Job Title: Fitness Club Evaluation
Compensation: $60 (Payment will be received 3 days after assignment acceptance)
Duration: Approximately 1 hour (inclusive of on-site visit and evaluation)

Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for a Fitness Club Evaluation role. This position involves assessing the customer experience within fitness clubs, with a focus on customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality. Evaluators will be responsible for meticulously examining both the exterior and interior of the club, including workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. A key aspect of this role is gathering comprehensive information regarding membership options presented during the visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must not be a current member of Planet Fitness.
• Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to your scheduled visit.
• Arrive dressed in appropriate workout attire (a workout is not required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
• Spend a minimum of 20 minutes within the club.
• Evaluate customer service interactions in detail.
• Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
• Verify the condition and maintenance of all workout equipment.
• Collect comprehensive membership information provided during the club tour.
• Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure thorough preparation for all required observations.
