About This Role

HS Brands Global is seeking detail-oriented individuals for the role of Fitness Club Evaluator. This position involves assessing the customer experience at various fitness clubs, focusing on customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.

Compensation: $60 (payment will be received 3 days after assignment acceptance)

Duration: Approximately 1 hour (includes in-person visit and evaluation)

Location: 15 Freetown Road, Raymond, New Hampshire, 03077

Assignment Period: Tuesday, December 2nd – Thursday, December 25th

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must not be a current member of Planet Fitness.
  • Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to the visit.
  • Arrive dressed in workout attire (a workout is not required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
  • Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
  • Evaluate customer service interactions.
  • Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Verify the maintenance and condition of workout equipment.
  • Collect membership information provided during the club tour.
  • Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure preparedness for all required observations.
