HS Brands Global is seeking an Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluator to join our team in Reisterstown, Maryland.
This evaluation position offers a total compensation of $20, plus an $80 reimbursement for the oil change. The estimated duration for this task, including the on-site visit and report submission, is approximately 1.5 hours.
The evaluation period is from Thursday, December 4th to Thursday, December 25th.
As an evaluator, you will assess customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance at an assigned service center while receiving a required oil change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the Brand's website to form an opinion on their service offerings.
- Contact the service center to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about oil change pricing.
- Visit the assigned location to receive the oil change.
- Observe staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting room and restrooms throughout your visit.
- Capture required photos as specified in the guidelines.
Important Requirements:
- Candidates must own a car that genuinely requires an oil change.
- Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are not permitted for this evaluation.
