HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Richmond, Kentucky.

Compensation: Earn $75 for 5 stands. Payment is issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/Rideshare is reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt.

Project Dates: December 10th - December 31st. The estimated duration for this role is 1-2 hours.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale per provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes regarding employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts, including beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations with the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Requirements:

• Must be 21–28 years of age.
• A photo upload of your ID is required.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• You must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• You must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
