About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented Fitness Club Evaluator to assess customer experience. This role focuses on evaluating customer service, cleanliness, and equipment at various fitness clubs.
Location: Varies
Compensation: $40 with a $20 bonus (payment received 3 days after assignment acceptance)
Duration: Approximately 1 hour (including in-person visit and evaluation)
Job Overview: As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will be responsible for meticulously assessing both the exterior and interior cleanliness of fitness clubs, including workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. You will also gather crucial information regarding membership options during your visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to your visit.
- Arrive dressed in appropriate workout attire (a workout is NOT required, but a readiness to exercise must be conveyed).
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes within the club.
- Evaluate all customer service interactions.
- Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verify the maintenance and condition of all workout equipment.
- Collect comprehensive membership information provided during your tour.
- Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure accurate and complete observations.
Special Notes:
- Guests are strictly prohibited.
- Failure to adhere to instructions will result in non-payment.
- Video surveillance may be utilized to verify activity.
