Compensation: $40 per evaluation with a $20 bonus. Payment will be received 3 days after assignment acceptance.
Assignment Duration: Approximately 1 hour (inclusive of in-person visit and evaluation)
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for the role of Fitness Club Evaluator. This position involves evaluating the customer experience at various fitness clubs, with a focus on customer service, facility cleanliness, and equipment condition. Evaluators will assess both the exterior and interior of the club, including workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. A key responsibility will be to gather comprehensive information regarding membership options presented during the visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to the visit.
- Arrive dressed in appropriate workout attire (a workout is not required, but a readiness to exercise must be conveyed).
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes inside the club.
- Evaluate all customer service interactions.
- Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and all equipment.
- Verify the maintenance and operational condition of all workout equipment.
- Collect detailed membership information provided during the club tour.
- Thoroughly review all guidelines and the shop report before the visit to ensure all required observations can be made.
Special Notes:
- Evaluators must not bring guests to the club.
- Failure to adhere to instructions will result in non-payment.
- Video surveillance may be utilized to verify activity during the evaluation.
