About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented Fitness Club Evaluator to assess customer experience at various fitness club locations. This role focuses on evaluating customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
This is a temporary position with evaluations available between Wednesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 31. The compensation for this role is $40, with a $20 bonus. Payment will be received three days after the assignment is accepted. Each evaluation has an estimated duration of approximately 1 hour, which includes both the in-person visit and the evaluation process.
As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will be responsible for assessing both the exterior and interior cleanliness of the club, including workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. You will also gather information about available membership options during your visit.
- Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to your visit.
- Arrive dressed in workout attire (a workout is not required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
- Evaluate customer service interactions.
- Assess cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verify maintenance and working condition of equipment.
- Collect membership information provided during the tour.
- Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure preparedness for all required observations.

- Evaluators must not bring guests.
- Failure to follow instructions will result in non-payment.
- Video surveillance may be used to verify activity.
