HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor to join our team in Ruston, Louisiana. This temporary position will run from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.

Compensation for this role is $75 for 5 stands, with payment issued approximately two weeks after successful project completion. Parking or rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. The estimated duration for each audit is approximately 1-2 hours.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits at assigned events. This critical role involves conducting controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. We require individuals with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages to verify vendor ID checks and compliance with serving limits.
• Input evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Accurately record detailed notes regarding employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Capture clear photos of all receipts, including those for alcoholic beverages and transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations with the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.

Important Requirements:

• Applicants must be between 21 and 28 years of age. A photo upload of a valid ID is required.
• The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though exceeding this limit is uncommon.
• Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Guests or personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are strictly prohibited.
