About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor to join our team in San Antonio, Texas, with audits to be conducted at 1 Frost Bank Center Drive. This temporary position will run from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff are adhering to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend assigned event and conduct audits at various points of sale per provided instructions.
- Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendor ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
- Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
- Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
- Take clear photos of all receipts, including beer and parking/transportation.
- Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
- Maintain discretion in all interactions.
- Communicate immediately with the General Manager regarding any observed violations.
- Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
- Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.
Requirements:
- Must be between 21 and 28 years of age.
- A photo upload of your ID is required.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting are essential.
Compensation:
- $90 for 10 stands.
- Payment will be issued 2 weeks after successful project completion.
- Parking/Rideshare will be reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt.
Special Notes:
- The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
- You must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
- Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are strictly prohibited.
- The estimated duration for this role is approximately 1-2 hours per assignment.
