Job Title: Fitness Club Evaluator

Compensation: $60 (Payment will be received 3 days after assignment acceptance)

Estimated Duration: Approximately 1 hour (includes on-site visit and evaluation)

Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for fitness club evaluations. This role focuses on assessing the customer experience, including customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality. Evaluators will be responsible for meticulously examining both the exterior and interior of the club, encompassing workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. A key aspect of this role involves gathering comprehensive information regarding membership options presented during the visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must not be a current Planet Fitness member.
• Download the fitness app and secure a day pass prior to your visit.
• Arrive in appropriate workout attire (actual workout not required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
• Spend a minimum of 20 minutes within the club premises.
• Evaluate customer service interactions in detail.
• Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
• Verify the condition and maintenance of all workout equipment.
• Collect all membership information provided during the club tour.
• Thoroughly review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure all required observations are made.

• Guests are not permitted during the evaluation.
