As an Undercover Bank Compliance Evaluator for HS Brands, your mission will involve a series of critical evaluations aimed at ensuring compliance within banking operations. The assignment consists of 2-3 phases, all of which must be completed to qualify for payment.
Phases of Evaluation
Phase 1 – In-Branch Evaluation (Required)
Your first task is to visit the assigned bank branch and attempt to open a checking account with a minimum deposit of $10 (note: typical minimum deposit is $50). During this visit, you will need to:
- Collect and upload essential materials:
- Banker’s business card
- Disclosure forms
- Exterior photo of the branch
- Document your experience and submit your evaluation through the SASSIE system.
Phase 2 – Authentication Call (Required)
Seven days after the account opening, you will conduct an authentication call to evaluate the services provided. It is crucial to document your findings and submit the results accordingly.
Phase 3 – Follow-Up V2 (Potential)
If you successfully opened the account with only $10, you may be required to perform a follow-up evaluation consisting of five questions.
