About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented individual for the position of Fitness Club Evaluator. This role involves evaluating the customer experience at various fitness clubs, focusing on key aspects such as customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
This assignment offers $40 with a $20 bonus, with payment received 3 days after the assignment is accepted. The estimated duration for this evaluation is approximately 1 hour, which includes both the in-person visit and the subsequent evaluation process. The evaluation period is from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.
As a Fitness Club Evaluator, your responsibilities will include:
- Downloading the fitness app and applying for a day pass prior to your visit.
- Arriving dressed in appropriate workout attire (a workout is not required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
- Spending a minimum of 20 minutes inside the club.
- Evaluating customer service interactions with staff.
- Assessing the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verifying the maintenance and condition of all workout equipment.
- Collecting comprehensive membership information provided during your tour.
- Carefully reviewing all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure all required observations are made.

- Guests are strictly prohibited during the evaluation.
- Failure to adhere to instructions will unfortunately result in non-payment for the assignment.
- Video surveillance may be utilized to verify activity during your evaluation.
