About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented Fitness Club Evaluator to assess the customer experience at various fitness clubs. This role offers $60 compensation for approximately 1 hour of work per evaluation, which includes the in-person visit and assessment. Payment will be received 3 days after the assignment is accepted.
As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will focus on customer service, cleanliness, and equipment checks. Your responsibilities include evaluating both the exterior and interior cleanliness of the club, encompassing workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. You will also gather information regarding membership options during your visit.
- Must not be a current member with Planet Fitness.
- Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to the visit.
- Arrive dressed in workout attire (a workout is NOT required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
- Evaluate customer service interactions.
- Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verify maintenance and workout equipment condition.
- Collect membership information provided during the tour.
- Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure you are prepared to make all required observations.
- Must not bring guests.
