About This Role

We are seeking a reliable Production Assistant with event setup experience to join our crew for the upcoming Epic 5 event. We prefer candidates who can work both shifts:

  • November 12th: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (times subject to change)
  • November 15th: 4 hours, times TBD

Responsibilities include:

  • Unloading two 26-foot box trucks
  • Assisting with the setup of a 30x50 lounge seating area
  • Supporting the installation of an interactive game
  • Setting up light trussing with wind sails
  • Arranging fencing, a memorabilia bar, and SEG signage

Requirements:

  • Prior PA/event setup experience
  • Ability to safely lift and move equipment
  • A team player with a positive, professional attitude
