HS Brands Fitness Club Evaluation

HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a Fitness Club Evaluator position located at 617 East 1st Street, Vidalia, Georgia, 30474. This temporary role is available from Tuesday, December 2nd to Thursday, December 25th. This evaluation offers $60 compensation, with payment received three days after assignment acceptance. The estimated duration for this role is approximately 1 hour, which includes both the in-person visit and the evaluation process. We are looking for candidates who can provide valuable insights into the customer experience at fitness clubs. Our evaluations focus on crucial aspects such as customer service, overall cleanliness, and the condition of equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulously assessing both the exterior and interior cleanliness of the club, encompassing workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. Additionally, evaluators will be tasked with gathering comprehensive information regarding the membership options presented during their visit. Key Responsibilities:

• Must not be a current member of Planet Fitness.
• Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to the visit.
• Arrive dressed in workout attire (a workout is NOT required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
• Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
• Evaluate customer service interactions.
• Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
• Verify maintenance and the condition of workout equipment.
• Collect membership information provided during the tour.
• Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure preparedness for all required observations.
