HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Washington, District of Columbia. This temporary position runs from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff are following proper alcohol service policies by conducting controlled test purchases. This includes verifying ID compliance and adherence to drink purchase limits. You will document employee behavior and appearance, reporting any violations in real-time to management. This role demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Compensation: You will earn $75 for 5 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/Rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt.

This audit typically takes 1-2 hours to complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale as instructed.
• Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages to assess ID verification and serving limit compliance.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts, including those for alcoholic beverages and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.

Requirements:

• Must be between 21 and 28 years of age.
• A photo upload of your ID is required.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited before, during, or after the assignment.
• Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are not allowed.
