HS Brands Alcohol Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor to join our team in Wilmington, North Carolina. This temporary position runs from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, thoroughly documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify if the vendor checks ID and adheres to serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, apparent race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts, including alcoholic beverages and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Compensation for this role is $75 for 5 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. Each audit is estimated to take approximately 1-2 hours.

Requirements:

• Must be between 21 and 28 years of age.
• A photo upload of your ID is required.
• Must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Must not bring guests or make personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
• Maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
