KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club. KiZE Concepts LLC is a mission-based, all-natural health food company with products featuring clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. This role focuses on increasing product awareness and sales by engaging customers in a friendly and informative way, offering samples, and educating them on product benefits and the company's mission to foster a loyal customer base.

We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled demo dates. There will be three weekends of scheduled demos in January and February 2026, with the possibility of future opportunities based on sales performance.

Demo Schedule:
January 2026:
Saturday and Sunday: 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th

February 2026:
Saturday and Sunday: 14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st

All shifts are from 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM. The pay rate is $240 per demo for a 7-hour shift, which includes paid breaks. Payments are made via direct deposit bi-weekly, according to the pay schedule.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused, with the ability to transfer brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly sales aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable, capable of engaging with as many customers as possible and greeting everyone with a warm smile and sample.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, with 100% commitment to assigned dates, ensuring on-time arrival and completion of the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• Passion for Health & Happiness, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Provide own demo supplies (non-reimbursed), such as cups, a cutting board, and gloves.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
• Adhere to dress code: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style), and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Possess a current food certificate (non-reimbursed).
• Must fully speak and understand English.
