KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an in-store sampling program for KiZE snack bars at local Sprout's Farmers Market locations. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary goal of this role is to increase product awareness and drive sales by engaging customers, offering samples in a friendly and informative manner, and creating a positive experience to foster a loyal customer base.

We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all dates of the program, which runs from Friday, January 9th through Monday, March 2nd.

This role involves visiting six different store locations during your weekly schedule.

Weekly Schedule and Compensation:

• Friday: (one location) 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM, $120 rate
• Saturday and Sunday: (two locations each day) 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, $240 rate per day
• Monday: (one location) 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM, $120 rate

Payment will be processed bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversation without being overly sales-aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable; confident in engaging with many people and proactively offering samples to every customer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy; committed to arriving on time and staying for the entire shift, with 100% commitment to assigned dates.
• Passion for health and wellness, with genuine enthusiasm for the product and company to convey to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Possession of a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Ability to provide your own demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.), which are non-reimbursed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Current Food Certificate.
• Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
• Adhere to dress code: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style), and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
• Must fully speak and understand English.
