Chad Lewis Collection on behalf of KiZE is currently seeking applicants for in-store samplings of KiZE snack bars at Costco. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company focused on clean, simple, and minimal ingredients.

The main responsibilities of the staff include:

• Increasing product awareness and sales by engaging every customer and offering samples in a friendly, informative manner.
• Educating customers on the benefits of the products and the company mission, while creating a positive experience to foster a loyal customer base.
• Collaborating with a CDS staff member from Costco, who will handle sample preparation, allowing you to concentrate on customer interaction.

Commitment: We are looking to hire one person to commit to three weekends in January and one road show in February at this location.

January Dates: 10th & 11th, 17th & 18th, and 24th & 25th.
Hours: 10 AM - 4 PM
Pay Rate: $30/hour (includes paid half-hour break)
*Paid direct deposit bi-weekly (according to pay schedule) as an Independent Contractor

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused; you are not overly aggressive and can convey brand knowledge naturally in conversation.
• Outgoing and personable; engage with as many customers as possible (e.g., greet everyone walking by with a warm smile and sample).
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy; punctuality and 100% commitment to assigned dates are essential. You will use a geo-tracking app to clock in and out for each shift.
• Passion for health and happiness; genuine enthusiasm for the product and company is important for customer interaction. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Dress code: Black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles) and clean black shoes; branded t-shirt provided.
