KiZE Snack Bar Sampling Costco Roadshow

KiZE Concepts LLC, on behalf of Chad Lewis Collection, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an In-Store Sampling position at Costco.

As a Brand Ambassador for KiZE snack bars, you will engage customers at a road show, increasing product awareness and driving sales. KiZE is a mission-based company dedicated to natural health foods with clean, simple ingredients. Your role will involve offering samples, educating customers on product benefits, and sharing the company's mission to create a positive experience and foster a loyal customer base. You will work alongside a CDS staff member from Costco, who will handle sample preparation, allowing you to focus on customer interaction and inquiries.

This is a temporary position for Thursday, January 22nd – Sunday, January 25th at 6101 Gateway Boulevard West, El Paso, Texas, 79925.

• Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

The pay rate is $30 per hour, which includes paid breaks. Compensation is provided via direct deposit bi-weekly according to the payroll schedule.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in product demonstrations preferred; customer service or marketing experience is essential.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused with the ability to convey brand knowledge authentically in conversations without being overly aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable, capable of engaging a high volume of customers by greeting everyone with a warm smile and offering samples.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Dependable and trustworthy, with a 100% commitment to assigned dates, arriving on time and staying for the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clock-in/out.
• Genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness, with an ability to communicate passion for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Professional attire includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided.
• Must be able to fully speak and understand English.
