Position: In-Store Sampler for KiZE Snack Bars at Sam’s Club

Chad Lewis Collection is currently seeking applicants to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Sam’s Club. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company that prioritizes clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. Our staff will concentrate on increasing product awareness and sales by engaging customers and offering samples in a friendly and informative manner.

Staff will be expected to:

• Educate customers on the benefits of our products and our company mission.
• Create a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base.

Schedule:
We are looking to hire one person to commit to every date. Three weekends will be scheduled in January and February, with the possibility of future demos based on sales.

January 2026:
Saturday and Sunday - 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th.

February 2026:
14th/15th, 21st/22nd, 28th/1st.

Time: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM on all dates.

Pay Rate: $240 per demo for 7 hours (includes paid breaks).
*Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly (according to pay schedule).

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred, with a strong background in customer service or marketing.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused. Ability to convey brand knowledge within a casual conversation without being overly aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable. Engage with as many people as possible (e.g., greet all customers passing by with a warm smile and offer samples).
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy—punctuality and a commitment to entire shifts are essential. Geo-tracking app will be used to clock in/out for each shift.
• A passion for health and happiness—genuine enthusiasm about our products and company is vital. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and maintain a clean, organized demo table.
• Provide your own demo supplies (non-reimbursed)—cups, cutting board, gloves, etc.
• Dress code: Black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles) and clean black sneakers or comfortable shoes (branded tee will be provided).
• Current food handling certificate (non-reimbursed).
• Must fully speak and understand English.
