KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

KiZE Concepts LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals for in-store product demonstrations of KiZE snack bars at local Sprouts Farmers Market locations. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and sales by engaging customers, offering samples in a friendly and informative manner, and creating an overall positive experience to build a loyal customer base.

We are looking to hire one individual with a 100% commitment to every date within the program run.

The program runs from Friday, January 9th through Monday, March 2nd. You will visit three different store locations during your weekly schedule.

Weekly Schedule:

• Saturday: Two locations, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM ($240 rate)
• Sunday: One location, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM ($150 rate)

Payment is bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused. You should be able to transfer brand knowledge into normal conversation without being overly sales aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, committed to engaging with as many people as possible. For example, if five customers are walking by, greet all five with a warm smile and a sample, ensuring no one passes without an offer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy; you must arrive on time and stay for the entire shift.
• A genuine passion for "Health & Happiness" and enthusiasm for the product and company to convey to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Possession of a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Provide your own demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.), which are non-reimbursed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Possession of a current Food Certificate.
• Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
• Appropriate attire: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles), and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Fully speak and understand English.
