About This Role
Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals for in-store sampling of KiZE snack bars at Sam’s Club. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and sales by engaging customers in a friendly, informative manner, offering samples, educating them on product benefits and the company mission, and ultimately fostering a loyal customer base.
We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled dates. Three weekends in January and February 2026 are currently scheduled, with the possibility of future demos based on sales performance.
Scheduled dates and times are as follows:
- January 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th.
- February 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st.
Shift hours for all dates are 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM.
Pay Rate: $240 per demo for 7 hours of work (includes paid breaks). Payment will be direct deposited bi-weekly according to the pay schedule.
Requirements:
- Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused. Ability to transfer brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly sales-aggressive.
- Outgoing and personable; able to engage with a high volume of customers.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and trustworthy; 100% commitment to assigned dates and punctuality. Geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
- Passion for health and happiness; genuine enthusiasm for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus, but not required.
- Must provide a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
- Provide own demo supplies (non-reimbursed) including cups, cutting board, gloves, etc.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
- Adherence to dress code: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed), and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
- Current food certificate (non-reimbursed).
- Must fully speak and understand English.
