About This Role
Chad Lewis Collection is seeking a Brand Ambassador for in-store sampling demonstrations of KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The successful candidate will increase product awareness and sales by engaging customers, offering samples, and educating them on product benefits and the company's mission. The goal is to create a positive experience that fosters a loyal customer base.
We are looking for one individual to commit to all scheduled dates. There are 3 weekends scheduled in January and February 2026, with the possibility of future opportunities based on sales performance.
January 2026:
- Saturday and Sunday, 10th-11th
- Saturday and Sunday, 17th-18th
- Saturday and Sunday, 24th-25th
- Saturday and Sunday, 14th-15th
- Saturday and Sunday, 21st-22nd
- Saturday and Sunday, 28th-March 1st
Pay Rate: $240 per demo for 7 hours of work (includes paid breaks). Payments are made via direct deposit bi-weekly according to the pay schedule.
Requirements:
- Demonstration experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is essential.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused, with the ability to naturally transfer brand knowledge into conversation without being overly aggressive.
- Outgoing and personable, with a proactive approach to engaging as many customers as possible.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and trustworthy, with 100% commitment to assigned dates, arriving on time, and staying for the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
- Genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness and the KiZE brand. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
- Must provide a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
- Must provide own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves); these are non-reimbursed.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized demo table.
- Appropriate attire includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
- Must have a current food handler's certificate (non-reimbursed).
- Must be able to fully speak and understand English.
