KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals for in-store sampling of KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company dedicated to clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. This role focuses on increasing product awareness and driving sales by engaging customers in a friendly, informative manner, educating them on product benefits and the company's mission, and fostering a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base.

We are looking for one committed individual to work all specified dates for this opportunity. This role involves three weekends of scheduled demos in January and February, with the potential for future engagements based on sales performance.

Demo Schedule:

• January 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th
• February 2026: 14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st

Hours: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM on all scheduled dates.

Pay Rate: $240 per demo for a 7-hour shift (includes paid breaks). Payment is processed via direct deposit bi-weekly (according to pay schedule).

Qualifications:

• Customer service or marketing experience is essential; demo experience preferred.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversations without being overly aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable, capable of engaging with all passing customers by offering samples and a warm greeting.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Dependable and trustworthy, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates by arriving on time and staying for the entire shift. Will use a geo-tracking app for clocking in/out.
• Genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness, with the ability to convey this passion to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to provide and use a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Ability to provide own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves); these are non-reimbursable.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized demo table.
• Professional attire: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles), with black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
• Current food handler's certificate required (non-reimbursable).
• Must be fully fluent in spoken and understood English.
