KiZE Snack Bar Sampling Event

KiZE Concepts LLC is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for in-store sampling demonstrations of KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase brand awareness and product sales by engaging customers, offering samples, and educating them on product benefits and the company's mission, ultimately creating a positive experience and fostering a loyal customer base.

We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled dates. There is a possibility of future demo opportunities based on sales performance.

Demo Schedule:
January 2026:
Saturday and Sunday: 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th

February 2026:
Saturday and Sunday: 14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st

Shift Time: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM on all dates.

Pay Rate: $240 per demo for 7 hours of work (includes paid breaks). Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly, according to the pay schedule.

Key Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred, customer service or marketing experience a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused. Ability to seamlessly integrate brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable with a strong ability to engage with a high volume of customers. Greet every passing customer with a warm smile and a sample.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy. Punctual arrival and commitment to completing the entire shift are essential. 100% commitment to assigned dates is required. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• Genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness, and the ability to convey passion for KiZE products and company to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Must provide own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves); these are not reimbursed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
• Dress code: Black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style), and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
• Current food handler's certificate (not reimbursed).
• Fully speak and understand English.
