About This Role
Gail & Rice, along with our sister company - G&R Connex, is actively seeking experienced, energetic local Brand Ambassadors to represent a prominent automotive brand at the highly anticipated 2026 Minneapolis Auto Show.
The event, a Ride & Drive experience, will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center – 1301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55404.
Applicants MUST be available for ALL dates and times. The schedule is as follows:
The compensation for this role is $27.00/hour, plus a $25.00 per diem per day. Additionally, a reimbursement of up to $25.00 per day for Uber/Lyft/Parking is available with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
The event, a Ride & Drive experience, will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center – 1301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55404.

- Saturday, January 3: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday, January 4: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday, January 5: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, January 6: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, January 7: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday, January 8: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday, January 9: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday, January 10: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday, January 11: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with consumers.
- Assist with the registration of consumers for the Ride & Drive using hand-held devices.
- Conduct exit surveys.
- Assist with light set-up & tear down and warmly welcome consumers into the display.
- Staff will wear their own black dress pants (no leggings or yoga pants) and black shoes (Toms/Vans/Flats/etc. – no white toe Converse, and shoes must be black).
- Female Staff: Very finished hair and makeup look. Manicured nails with nude polish.
- Male Staff: Well-groomed head and facial hair.
- Branded shirts will be provided on-site.
- Applicant MUST be at least 18 years old.
- Applicant MUST be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Applicant MUST arrive event ready.
- Required: Fully speak and understand English.
