Automotive Brand State Fair Activation

Gail & Rice is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors for a leading automotive brand at the 2025 Texas State Fair.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be instrumental in engaging consumers, welcoming them into the display, and facilitating lead generation. This involves proactively encouraging consumers to receive product information by assisting them with entering their details into hand-held devices. Strong lead generation is a core requirement for this position.

Event Details:

• Event: 2025 Texas State Fair
• Location: State Fair of Texas - 3921 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Dallas, TX 75210
• Dates: Friday, September 26, 2025 – Sunday, October 19, 2025
• Hours: 7-8 hours per day. Exact shifts will be scheduled closer to the event dates, as all shifts are based on venue hours. Split shifts will vary between AM, Mid-Day, and PM.

Compensation:

• Rate: $25.00/hour + $25.00 per diem/day
• Meal break provided.
• Staff will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit and onboarded as W2 temporary employees.

Reimbursements:

• Up to $25.00 per day for event parking/Uber/Lyft with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event.

Wardrobe:

• Staff will wear their own black dress pants and black shoes (Toms/Vans/Flats/etc.).
• Branded shirts will be provided onsite.
• Female Staff Hair & Make-up: Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish.

Requirements:

• Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates & times. No exceptions.
• Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old.
• Applicants MUST be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Applicants MUST arrive event ready.
• Required Brand Ambassador MUST fully speak and understand English.
