KiZE Snack Bar Store Demos

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at local Sprout's Farmers Market locations. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and sales by engaging every customer with a friendly and informative approach, offering samples, and creating a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base.

This program runs from Friday, January 9th, through Monday, March 2nd. The successful candidate will commit to all dates and visit three different store locations during their weekly schedule.

• Saturday: Two locations each day (10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm) - $240 rate
• Sunday: One location (11 am - 3 pm) - $150 rate

Payment is processed bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demonstration experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to transfer brand knowledge into normal conversation without being overly aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, actively engaging with as many people as possible.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, with 100% commitment to assigned dates, arriving on time, and staying for the entire shift.
• A genuine passion for health and happiness, with enthusiasm for the product and company to share with customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Possession of a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Provision of demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.), which are non-reimbursed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Current Food Certificate.
• Capability to maintain a clean and organized demo table.
• Appropriate attire includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Must fully speak and understand English.
