KiZE Snack Bar Costco Demo

KiZE Concepts LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to represent KiZE snack bars through in-store samplings at Costco. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company dedicated to providing products with clean, simple, and minimal ingredients.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for increasing product awareness and driving sales by engaging with customers, offering samples, and providing information in a friendly and informative manner. You will educate customers on the benefits of KiZE products and the company's mission, aiming to create a positive experience that fosters a loyal customer base. You will work alongside a CDS staff member from Costco who will handle sample preparation, allowing you to focus on customer interaction and answering questions about KiZE.

This position requires a commitment to three weekends in January and one road show in February at the Costco location at 1501 West Kelly Avenue, Pharr, Texas, 78577. The specific dates in January are 10th & 11th, 17th & 18th, and 24th & 25th. Working hours are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The pay rate is $30 per hour, which includes a paid half-hour break. Payment will be made via direct deposit bi-weekly as an Independent Contractor, according to the pay schedule.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused, with the ability to subtly integrate brand knowledge into natural conversation rather than being overly sales-aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, eager to engage with as many customers as possible with a warm smile and offer samples to everyone.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, with a 100% commitment to assigned dates, arriving on time and staying for the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clock-in/out.
• A genuine passion for health and well-being, enthusiastic about relating product and company benefits to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Professional attire: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style), and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided.
• Fully speak and understand English.
