About This Role

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals for in-store sampling events for KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company dedicated to clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and drive sales by engaging customers in a friendly, informative, and personable manner, offering samples, and educating them on product benefits and the company's mission. The goal is to create a positive experience that builds a loyal customer base.

We are looking for one individual to commit to all specified dates. There will be three weekends in January and February, with the possibility of future demonstrations based on sales performance.

Event Dates and Times:

  • January 2026: Saturday and Sunday – 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th
  • February 2026: Saturday and Sunday – 14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st
  • Shift Time: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM on all specified dates

Compensation:

  • $240 per demo for 7 hours of work (includes paid breaks)
  • Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit (according to pay schedule)

Requirements:

  • Prior demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is essential.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to convey brand knowledge naturally without being overly aggressive.
  • Outgoing and personable; capable of engaging with a high volume of customers, ensuring everyone passing by is greeted with a smile and offered a sample.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates by arriving on time and staying for the entire shift. Will use a geo-tracking app for clocking in/out.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness, capable of passionately communicating product and company values. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to provide a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
  • Must provide own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves); these are non-reimbursable.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
  • Professional attire: Black pants (no leggings) or clean blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles) with black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
  • Possess a current food certificate (non-reimbursable).
  • Must be fully fluent in spoken and written English.
