KiZE Snack Bar Sampling Costco

KiZE Concepts LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an in-store sampling role for KiZE snack bars at Costco road shows. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company with clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. This position focuses on increasing product awareness and driving sales by engaging customers in a friendly and informative way.

You will educate customers on product benefits and the company's mission, creating a positive experience to foster a loyal customer base. You will work alongside a CDS staff member from Costco who will handle sample preparation, allowing you to concentrate on customer interaction and answering product questions.

The assignment runs from Thursday, January 15th through Sunday, January 18th. The schedule is as follows:

• Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

The pay rate is $30/hour, which includes paid breaks. Payment will be processed via direct deposit bi-weekly according to the payroll schedule.

Requirements:

• Demo experience is preferred; however, customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversations without being overly aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, actively engaging with as many customers as possible.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, ensuring 100% commitment to assigned dates and arriving on time for all shifts. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• Passion for health and wellness, with genuine enthusiasm for the product and company to convey to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Dress code includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided.
• Must be able to fully speak and understand English.
