About This Role
Chad Lewis Collection, on behalf of KiZE Concepts LLC, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an in-store sampling roadshow at Costco. KiZE is a mission-driven, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness and driving sales for KiZE snack bars.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage with every customer in a friendly and informative way, offering samples and educating them on product benefits and the company's mission. Your goal is to create a positive experience that fosters a loyal customer base. You will work alongside a Costco CDS staff member responsible for sample preparation, allowing you to concentrate on customer interaction and product education.
This is a temporary position for Thursday, January 22nd to Sunday, January 25th.
- Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
The pay rate for this position is $30 per hour, which includes paid breaks. Compensation is provided via direct deposit bi-weekly, according to the payroll schedule.
Requirements:
- Demonstration experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is essential.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused. You should possess the ability to transfer brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly sales aggressive.
- Outgoing and personable, with a proactive approach to engaging with as many people as possible. Greet everyone with a warm smile and a sample.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and trustworthy, committed to arriving on time and staying for the entire shift. 100% commitment to assigned dates is required. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
- Passion for health and happiness, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Dress code: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided.
